Background:

Lancelot Grogan was born and raised in England. His family was divided and Lancelot was mostly alone. When his mother re-married, he was send to a boarding school in Kent. However, he did not like it there at all. He got into fights and ended up running away from the school at the age of 16.

He somehow ended up in London where he met a man named Peter Skare. Peter led a young Lancelot into the darker world of crime, prostitution and drugs. Lancelot might not have gotten into drugs, but being broke he basically had no choice when it got to prostitution. He became what was so elegant called a "Rent Boy".

Being a Rent Boy was a dangerous occupation, but it paid well. Especially if you were as "cute" as Lancelot was. With a choirboy appearance with long limbs he was one of the most asked after.

In 2370, his friend Patrick Boyd got killed. He had gotten too involved with a client and ended up stealing a gun and a car. he did not get far and was found on the streets, face down. He was Lance's age.

Lance gathered his money and "bought" an education. With a fulfilment slip he got into Starfleet. From there on, he went into Starfleet Medical Technician Corps.

Lance was promoted to full Lieutenant in 2378 while serving on board the USS Galaxy.

Personality profile:
He can seem like a charming, funny daredevil of a man, but Lancelot is a very haunted person. His years as a rent boy have marked his soul with scars. He hates himself with a passion, yet he is smart enough to hide it from the counsellors. He has been describes by counsellor's as an outgoing young man. He manages this by acting. When he steps into a Counsellor's office, he is not Lancelot. He is Lance, a happy and content Medical Technician.

His hobbies are slightly self-destructive as well. Bungee Jumping and Paragliding are not the safest hobbies.

Being a MT, Lancelot knows how to threat injuries. Especially those he inflicts on himself from time to time in fits of childish rage against himself.

Lance has a tattoo on his right forearm. He had brown eyes and dark hair. He has a strange style in clothes as well as music. He likes rock and roll as well as more classical music.
